We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Furaha Naturels. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Downloadable software
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us directly for return instructions.
Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
- Inspection and Approval Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account.
- Contacting your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reaching out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact form.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us via our contact form to initiate the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first to receive return authorization and the return address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
