Return and Refund Policy

At Furaha Naturels, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural wellness and skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product seal (if applicable) must be intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare, oils, supplements, or ingestible products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including standard shipping if applicable)

5. Return Authorisation Required

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at: sales@furahanaturels.com, or by using our contact form

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over USD $75, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Furaha Naturels is not responsible for lost return shipments.

For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank.

9. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us first.

10. Consumer Rights (EU & UK Customers)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days for certain products.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, sealed health and personal care products that have been opened are not eligible for return once unsealed.
