Cancellation Policy

At Furaha Naturels Pte Ltd ("Furaha Naturels", "we", "us", "our"), we take pride in delivering high-quality natural skincare and wellness products. Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, this Cancellation Policy outlines when and how orders may be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at: sales@furahanaturels.com
Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
2. Orders That Have Been Dispatched
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
At that point:
- Cancellation is no longer possible.
- The order will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery after dispatch:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees (including international return fees and customs charges) will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- If the parcel is abandoned due to unpaid customs duties, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Repeated refusal of delivery may result in order restrictions.
4. EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom:
You may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Opened skincare, ingestible products, oils, or supplements.
To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original sealed condition
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs unless required by law.
5. Products Not Eligible for Cancellation
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot cancel or accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Tampered products
- Ingestible items once unsealed
- Essential oils once opened
- Custom or special-order products
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
6. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive:
- An incorrect product
- A damaged product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the product
- Order details
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
Furaha Naturels reserves the right to refuse cancellation or refund requests where:
- There is evidence of misuse
- Repeated refund behaviour is detected
- False claims are suspected
We may investigate unusual activity to protect our customers and business integrity.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
