  • Refund Process: If your order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Shipped Orders: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is on its way, after which it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If you choose to refuse the delivery of an order after shipment, please note that shipping costs and any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
