- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Notification of Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, processing may be delayed slightly. You will be notified by email in such cases.

Shipping Options & Rates: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Singapore.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): S$4.30
- Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): Depending on the location, please contact us via our Whatsapp, +6591136943, for the rate if you want your orders to be expedited
- Free Shipping: Orders over S$120 qualify for free standard shipping.
3. International Shipping
- Shipping Destinations: Furaha Naturels ships to most countries worldwide. If there are any restrictions based on your country, you will be notified at checkout.
- Shipping Rates: International shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Times: International orders typically take between 7-21 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Furaha Naturels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes, import duties) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your local customs office for information on fees and regulations before placing an order.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate and resolve any shipping issues.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Prohibited Items by Country: Some countries have restrictions on the import of specific ingredients or product types. If a product cannot be shipped to your country due to these restrictions, you will be notified at checkout.
- PO Box & APO/FPO Shipping: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
6. Damage and Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and may request photos to assist with claims.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will liaise with the carrier to assist in locating the package.
7. Delivery Partner & Shipping Carriers
- Furaha Naturels partners with reputable global shipping providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. Common carriers we use include QExpress, J&T Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.
- In Singapore, we have partnered with EasyParcel to make sure, your packages are given to a best courier company available.
8. Order Cancellations and Address Changes
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, and our cancellation policy will apply.
- Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.
