1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take longer.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly.
Orders are processed in Singapore (GMT+8).
2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): S$4.30
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders above S$120
- Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): Available upon request. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9113 6943 for a quote.

3. International Shipping
Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified before or during checkout.
Shipping Rates
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Selected courier
We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above $300. For the free shipping, we will select the best shipping company to deliver your products in the most cost-effective way possible within the stipulated timeframe.
Estimated Delivery Time
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Delivery estimates do not include customs processing delays.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees.
- Furaha Naturels has no control over customs procedures or fees.
- If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to issue a refund for shipping costs.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, especially for ingestible or oil-based products.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- A tracking number
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier.
6. Shipping Responsibility & Risk
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- Furaha Naturels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- We recommend secure delivery addresses.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees will apply.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The damaged item
- The shipping label
Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility for claims.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some countries restrict specific ingredients or health-related products.
If your order is held or rejected by customs due to local regulations:
- Furaha Naturels is not liable for confiscated goods.
- Refunds may exclude original shipping fees.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

In Singapore, we work with EasyParcel to ensure optimised courier allocation. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and availability.
